As twilight falls, we begin our journey inside the House, illuminated only by the warm glow of candlelight. Step into the remarkable story of Antoine and Lisa de la Calmette—their deep love for one another and their shared passion for nature, which inspired the creation of Liselund.

The manor is normally open only during the day, but on a handful of special summer evenings we invite you to experience it after dark, beneath the star filled sky above Liselund.

Enjoy a unique guided tour through the romantic world of the late 18th century and discover the history, beauty, and atmosphere of one of Denmark's most enchanting places.

After the tour, you'll receive a blanket and a glass of wine. You are welcome to explore the romantic gardens at your own pace, or join us as we take you to some of our favourite hidden corners of the park.
